Shell Pakistan Limited (SPL) conducted a training of all team members of Jaffer Lubricants in Q1’2019 at Serena Hotel Faisalabad. The training was aimed at recapping the basic characteristics of different lubricant families and the pinnacle of training was to reinforce effective sales behaviors amongst the team members through role plays based on real life case studies.

Atique-ur-Rehman (Regional Training Manager) and Zeeshan Mazhar (Lubricant Technical Advisor) were the featured speakers, inspiring and training employees to find a campaign they were passionate about and make their chosen careers more than just a job.

The emphasis was placed on how to go the extra mile for the clients to discover what they really want and how we can facilitate them with respect to their needs. The training ended with role plays amongst team members based on market-based case scenarios after which the trainees gave their feedback which the team took really positively into their stride.
