Jaffer Alpha is a one-year development program being offered by Jaffer Brothers (Private) Limited to our young graduates aimed at creating future leaders and alphas of their fields through an extensive behavioral, technical and professional learning path specially designed to challenge and stretch the potential of the graduates and get the most out of these young minds.

To navigate the success, our organizational development team will devise career maps which will be provided to the participants of the program after assessment of your potential and strengths towards the end of this program

AFTER ONE-YEAR?
You will become part of Jaffer Alpha Family and pursue an aspiring career.
Step 1: Online Registration

Step 2: Online Assessment
Shortlisted candidates will receive a link on their email address to attempt online assessment.
Step 3: Initial Interview
Successful candidates will be invited for initial interview with HR and Business Manager.
Step 4: Final Interview
Selected candidates will be invited for final interview with our Leadership Team.
Step 5: Selection
Offers will be placed to selected candidates.

Qualification to : Fresh Graduates from Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic) and Business (BBA/MBA - Marketing or Sales).
Work Experience: 0 -1 year
Age: 21-25 years
CGPA: Minimum 3.0 CGPA
