Nasser N. S. Jaffer

Nasser is Chairman of Jaffer Group of companies. As an experienced team leader with knowledge of management processes, he provides leadership towards the achievement of the organization's annual and long-term goals. He also assures the relevant stakeholders always see the organization’s mission, programs, products and services as strong elements of the organization. Overlooking the overall business, volume growth and profitability of the organization, Nasser Jaffer keeps the stakeholders informed and satisfied with the business results. Under his leadership and sterling guidance, the Group has progressed successfully while keeping focused on the company’s shared values.

Farid H. Jaffer

Farid is the CEO of Jaffer Brothers (Private) Limited and in his capacity oversees the operations and business decisions of the company to ensure desired results that are consistent with the overall strategy and vision of the Group. Farid offers strategic direction to his management team to align them with the business vision to drive the Group's development and guide it towards long-term success while maintaining relations with key Principals and Stakeholders. He is also on the board of directors and is actively involved in the overall Group affairs. Currently Farid is also leading the construction business of the Group in his capacity as CEO of Murshid Builders (Private) Limited and is a member of the Board of Governors of Murshid Hospital and Health Care Center.

Farid has done his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Swarthmore College, Pennsylvania, USA, is a Certified Director from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG) and has attended the Advanced Management Development Program at the Rausing Executive Development Center (REDC), Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS).

Pierre Louis Dupont

Pierre Louis Dupont is the Vice-Chairman of Agro businesses spearheading new projects and joint ventures to enhance Jaffer's presence in Pakistan’s Agro sector. He is also a Director on the Jaffer Group Board contributing to the overall business. Given his vast experience, Pierre Louis also leads the technical and development teams to bring best-of-breed products and technology to the farming community. He is also responsible for the setting up of new manufacturing facilities.

Pierre Louis has over forty years of diversified international exposure in the field of Agriculture. Before joining Jaffer Group, he has served in world-renowned companies of Europe and Asia at various management positions. He is done his Masters in Business Administration from European Business School.

Nadir Nawaz Jaffer

Nadir is the CEO of Jaffer Agro Services (Private) Limited and Jaffer Biotech (Private) Limited and a Director of the Jaffer Group Board. As a board member, he is actively involved in all aspects of Jaffer Group affairs focusing on overall business growth and strategic direction. He leads the existing Agro and biotechnology businesses, guiding in the development of business strategies aligned with the short and long-term objectives for agrochemicals, specialty nutrients, high-efficiency irrigation systems, Nutraful, other fertilizers, and biotechnology.

Nadir graduated from Columbia University in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management Systems and worked abroad for over fifteen years in the field of Information technology. He has experience working with world-renowned firms like JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, and Credit Suisse as well as venture capital-backed startups. Before joining the Jaffer Group, Nadir was a founder and CTO of OpenCrowd, a design and technology services firm based in New York.

Veqar ul Islam

Having worked for over twenty-seven years in world-renowned multinationals in Pakistan and the region, Veqar has joined Jaffer Group as a Director and is heading Jaffer Business Systems (Private) Limited and is involved in Group affairs on the Board. Veqar is an astute businessman, a high achiever and a marketer par excellence. He is also an inspirational leader, who has led his teams successfully and grown the businesses he was involved in. He is also known for his out of box approaches. Veqar has a Masters in Commerce from University of Karachi and has attended professional trainings in various parts of the world. He has always been a Top Global Talent in every multinational he was associated with. Prior to his association with Jaffer Group, Veqar has been with Comptel Corporation, Nokia Corporation, Nokia Siemens Networks and NCR Corporation at senior Executive positions in Pakistan and abroad.

Sabir Hasnain Zaidi

Sabir is a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant from CIMA UK. Moreover, he has attended the Advanced Management Development Programs at the Institute of Management Development (IMD) Switzerland and Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). He holds a Master's degree in Commerce (Finance) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Information Sciences from the University of Karachi. He is also a Certified Director from the Institute of Business Administration Karachi. Sabir has been working with Jaffer Group since 1994 and has acquired a diverse experience of all facets of business operations. His experience varies from financial analysis, budgeting & management reporting, internal controls & audit, financial controls, treasury, taxation, and statutory compliance. In addition, he also has hands-on experience in customer service operations, ERP implementation, hospital administration & management.

Sabir works closely with the Business Units to understand their strategic and operational requirements to offer appropriate solutions. As Director Corporate Services he is responsible to bring efficiency, optimization and process simplification in all support functions; Administration, Audit & Corporate Affairs, Finance & Taxation, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Supply Chain, gearing the shared services to give enhanced support to the business for achievement of the Group's Vision 2030.

Fahim Azam

Fahim is a Business Graduate from Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Institute of Technology (SZABIST). During his tenure, he has also attended the Advanced Management Development Program from INSEAD Business School, Fontainebleau, France, and Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). Fahim has thirty years of diversified experience in general management and business development and operations. His major focus over the years has been the business development of Heavy Machinery & Construction Equipment; Project Management and overall general management. In his capacity as the Director of Jaffer Group Board of Directors, Fahim is leading multiple business units; including Jaffer Engineering Service Division, mainly engaged in Power Projects and Lubricants business; Machinery Division focusing on heavy machinery and Jaffer Rental business. Other portfolios being spearheaded by Fahim in the Group are business development and overall operations of Household, Hygiene and Decoratives, and the construction business of the Group by supporting Murshid Builders (Private) Limited (the construction arm of the Group) and management of Jaffer Group Lahore branch operations.

Fahim has also been involved in devising the strategic business direction for various businesses of the Group as well as Jaffer Group Vision 2030.

Saad Amanullah Khan

Saad Amanullah Khan is the Advisor to the Jaffer Group Board of Directors.

Saad has a rich background in business and leadership. He has spent three decades with Procter & Gamble in senior management including seven years as Chief Executive Officer of Gillette Pakistan.

He took early retirement from P&G in 2014 to pursue his passion for making a social impact and driving governance in organizations. Currently, he is a director on the boards of Fauji Fertilizer Company, NBP Funds, Burque Corporation, International Packaging, United Foods, and Zulfeqar Industries Limited (ZIL Corporation). He was also elected twice as the President of the American Business Council (ABC) and was an active Executive Director of the Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OICCI). Being an active social worker, he sits on the boards of over a dozen NGOs and is an advisor to another half a dozen social enterprises.

Saad holds two engineering degrees, one in Systems Engineering and the other in Computer Science Engineering and an MBA from The University of Michigan, USA. He is also the author of the business book “It’s Business, It’s Personal” and has also authored several research papers.
